High-vacuum cleaning systems

These systems enable cleaning of production facilities where dust accumulates either throughout the site or in localized areas due to the type of work or workflow. After studying the customer’s cleaning needs, we design a ducting network with distributed connection points using quick couplings, hoses with nozzles and interchangeable cleaning tools, allowing us—adapting to the specifics of each environment—to reach all areas where accumulated dust must be removed. The core of the system is designed according to the dust to be conveyed, distance and simultaneous extraction demand, and consists of a compressor operating under vacuum and a cyclofilter that filters the air and, via a rotary valve, discharges the dust.
